I am an extremely experienced physiotherapist, qualifying in 2010. I have 11 years experience of working within the NHS across a wide range of areas, including orthopaedics, neurological, musculoskeletal, rehabilitation, frailty & falls.
I am also a qualified sports therapist and in physio acupuncture.
I specialise is frailty physiotherapy, falls prevention & management with also a lot of experience in musculoskeletal injuries/ conditions.
I am very friendly and caring person, who always strives to provide the best possible care and patient to each individual.

Having qualified with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2014 I have 9 years experience working within the NHS. I have gained a wealth of experience in both a hospital, acute setting a long with multiple years in an older person rehabilitation unit.
My focus has been working with individuals who have required further Physiotherapy input prior to returning home. Conditions have varied greatly, some of which include – post hip operations / acute spinal fractures / falls / upper and lower limb fractures and other
neurological conditions.
Working in conjunction with each and every patient, together we collaboratively work towards achievable goals which are aimed to maximise your independence and improve overall quality of life.
Further more, I have obtained over 5 years experience of working in private MSK clinics and have completed further training in courses such as dry needling. I am able to offer a wide range of diagnostic and holistic interventions aimed a reducing both acute and chronic pain associated with joint/muscular and myofascial problems.
Whether you visit me for a one-off treatment or a longer course of action, I make sure my patients play an active role in their recovery so they can remain pain-free once treatment ends
